Game Infusions

By now you should feel super confident in your game idea, so while it’s fresh in your mind let’s create short sharp video pitch to sell you game idea to the masses! Using all of the content you’ve created over the past 3 missions it’s time to fuse it all together into a nice, easy to digest package. You can do this in a number of ways. If you’re confident with video then you could make it yourself, but if not you could check out some easy to use tools such as Adobe Spark Video to help you on your way!

We’ll be displaying all of your pitches together on the Game Changers site as resources for past, present and future Game Changers to enjoy.

Now on to the final quest before the Game Sprint. ‘Don’t Forget your Toothbrush’ is all about double and triple checking that you have all your ducks in a row before you dive into building your final working game prototype. Fill in the form to ensure you’ve completed everything required for each quest throughout the programme. This form is important as it will provide us with the evidence needed to issue you with your Game Changer’s Open Badge, along with your working game prototype.

Post a Pitch!

Put on your director’s hat and record an epic pitch for your game! Combine everything you’ve learned and created over the past three missions to tell the story of your game. No shorter than 2 minutes, and no longer than 3.

Once you have your pitch ready; share it with the GC community!

To play a game well, you need to know how it works! Game design thinking will help us to inject fun in problem solving. As part of the Game Changers community, we will go through the missions and quests towards understanding the secret to game design and the relevance in learning. And most of all, we will have fun and gain new skills in the process.
